Didn't know plan change takes effect the next month... so this month I'm stuck with an old plan and running out of data. :(

    When I tried to gift you data it said: This member cannot receive gifts because they do not have a mobile data plan.

    According to Who can I send a gift to, we cannot send a data gift to:

    • People who are not Fizz members
    • Fizz members with no data plan (for example, a customer who only has minutes in their plan)
    • Fizz members who have designated themselves incognito

    If you have a mobile data plan then check your privacy settings to see if you're in incognito mode.
