Do you physically need data to gift or can you give away the binys gifts you get once in a while

Only the data from you monthly plan can be gifted. Sometimes there are also data Perks which can be gifted, but those are rare.

depends on the specific perk, you'd have to try to gift it and see or have someone try to gift it to you if you're the recipient

No, you can not gift the perks.

You can only gift the data of your base plan.
