I signed up for Fizz and was supposed to receive a $40 credit after I paid my second bill. I got an email earlier this week saying I got the credit, but I don’t see it in my wallet. Is this normal? Where can I see the credit? Thank you!

Refferals are not going to your Wallet, they are in Benefizz -> My Crew -> Refferal bonuses section.

Fizzers gave you th good reference where to see and follow your referral bonuses.
You'll see a board like this (Pending/Unlocked/Applied/To be applied)
Notice that when you receive advise it is unlocked it is applied to your next payment. Look the amount applied on your monthly bill in your transaction history. It indicates the exact amount applied and the balance remaining
If it is not used then contact the support.

It takes 24 hours for the amounts to be updated in the referral bonus history summary.https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/account/referral/history

Sometimes it's not instant, I'd wait until the weekend is over

Unlike the balance in your wallet, Referral credit can only be applied to monthly plan.
