192.168.0.1 not accessible

Hi everyone,

I’m a new Fizz customer and I’m having an issue with the modem admin interface.

After a few days of normal usage, the admin page at 192.168.0.1 becomes completely inaccessible (page does not load), even though the Internet connection continues to work perfectly on all devices.

A reboot temporarily restores access, but the problem eventually comes back.

I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue or if this could be related to a modem firmware problem.

Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Clear your browser cache
    Try a private browsing mode
    Disable your VPN if you are using one.

    Do you have access with the Fizz Wi-Fi apps ?

    Reboot modem and try private mode or other browser.

    Try with connected computer. RJ45 cable connection.

    Other, don't work if your device is connected to the guest Wi‑Fi.

    Use Fizz Wi-Fi apps instead.

    Not sure whether you are using Fizz modem in the bridge mode. If yes then the IP is 192.168.100.1
