Scan the QR code and install your eSIM within 30 minutes of ordering. Once installed on your phone, do NOT delete your eSIM.

No problem, transferring your Fizz eSIM to a new phone is pretty straightforward. Here’s how it works:

How to transfer your Fizz eSIM

1️⃣ Log in to your Fizz account
2️⃣ Go to My plans > Manage my plan (for your mobile line)
    3️⃣ Select Change SIM
4️⃣ Choose eSIM, then follow the instructions
5️⃣ Scan the new QR code with your new phone to activate the eSIM

👉 Once the eSIM is activated on the new device, it will automatically be deactivated on the old phone.

    Important tips

Make sure your new phone supports eSIM and is unlocked

Have access to Wi-Fi during activation

Don’t delete the eSIM from your old phone until the new one is working

If you run into any issues during the transfer, Fizz support can help reset the eSIM so you can try again.
