    Yes you can either add on an international calls to a specific country or put some money to your wallet and use it as you go.
    Go to manage my plan and chose what best for you.

    You might add the International calls option to your monthly plan. For $2/month, you get a fixed number of minutes each month to make international calls from your coverage area.
