Delivery Time (new phone)/3rd Party?

Hi, new on forum, so excuse me if this has been asked. When you order a phone, which 3rd party delivers it? Do the phones come directly from Fizz? I purchased a Samsung. When can I expect to receive the phone, if I live in a major city? It says 2-5 days, but how quickly does it usually arrive? Thank-you in advance.

    Hi, this is "Planète Courrier" delivering, and you have a tracking number for your package. You must be home to receive it.
