100% WIFI-CALLING is extremely important for people who live in basements or concrete apartments. Otherwise it would be pointless for those people. Luckily I live near cell towers.1

Providing WiFi calling or RCS support to iPhone users requires extra infrastructure to implemented, maintained and supported by the carrier. Fizz is a no-frills carrier that focuses on cheap pricing. The money to support such extra features and infrastructure has to come from somewhere. If you absolutely need these features, other Vidéotron brands do have them.
