RCS works for some users, depending on phone model and OS I believe.

Yes, IPv6 is third on my list, right after WIFI calling and RCS on iPhone.

IPv6 (Internet Protocol version 6) is the latest version of the Internet Protocol, designed to replace IPv4 in the face of IP address exhaustion. It offers a vast address space (128 bits) to connect a growing number of devices, with longer addresses (e.g., 2001:db8::8a2e:370:7334), and includes enhanced security (IPsec) and more efficient routing. It ensures the identification and routing of Internet traffic for connected devices, enabling the continued growth of the web, even if its deployment takes time.

100% WIFI-CALLING is extremely important for people who live in basements or concrete apartments. Otherwise it would be pointless for those people. Luckily I live near cell towers.

    Will come eventually.

Have you tried going to network selection and manually switching to fizz extensions that tether off other big 3 wireless networks?

Does anybody know what is holding up the rollout of wifi calling and/or RCS for all users?

RCS works for me, I don't think it's a service issue.

It works on Android phones, but not on the iPhone.

Providing WiFi calling or RCS support to iPhone users requires extra infrastructure to implemented, maintained and supported by the carrier. Fizz is a no-frills carrier that focuses on cheap pricing. The money to support such extra features and infrastructure has to come from somewhere. If you absolutely need these features, other Vidéotron brands do have them.
