Error when trying to gift data

I have some data that I could gift, but every time I try to add someone's referral code, I get a red banner saying "There has been an error. Please try again later."

    Clear your browser cache, try a private browsing mode, and disable your VPN if you are using one.

    Hi! May-be it is that you try to give gift datas you got from FIzz or other Fizzers. You can just give datas from your «forfait».

    Other possibilities are that the person who you try to give datas does'Nt have a forfait with datas. Or you add a space before or after the referral code then the code is no good.

    Thanks for the suggestions. I tried browser incognito before even posting. I don't even get to the point where I am sending the data. It fails at adding the contact. I don't use VPNs.

    You should try sending data directly to the phone number if you know the person.

    I had the same issue and found I could only gift 0.5GB at a time, and couldn't gift the last 0.5GB in my plan at all.
    It started working well again on the next billing cycle.

    That may caused by your rest data in data plan is less than 0.5GB.
