It's a no commitment, prepaid service so you can set up a plan and try. Worst case scenario it doesn't work and you can cancel the plan in your account , then request a refund from customer service within the cancelation period.

Yes you can use. Unless you’re using some different brand other than the popular brands. Make sure it supports VoLTE.

It depends on what phone you have and what sim from your US carrier. Your question can't really be answered unless you tell us your phone model and whether you have a physical or an esim from your US carrier.
You can certainly operate a Fizz eSIM in parallel with your US SIM as long as your phone is capable to do so and VoLTE-compatible with Fizz.
