Why is the same plan more expensive if I switch?
I was a little rude to Rob the Virtual assistant and now he's ignoring me. I wanted to get rid of Voicemail to save the dollar, but I'm a little confused about the prices. As an example this is the same plan, but it would cost three dollars more. Does the Current Plan reflect the $2 loyalty I'm getting, which would account for some of that? If I drop Voicemail it's still two dollars more than I'm currently paying. Thanks!

Fizz is changing his prices quite often. Over time, prices can rise and fall, you never know.
If you will change your current plan by removing voicemail, you will have to pay the current price.
You can try just to disable the voicemail via MMI code, not sure if it will work though.
Enter a code, such as ##004# (or alternative MMI code like ##002#) to turn off conditional call forwarding, which often includes voicemail.1 -
Yes, most likely, the price for the plan you have went up between the time you first subscribed and now. If you change your plan, you can only get the current prices. However, feel free to stick with your current plan as long as it suits you, it will remain at the price you are currently paying as long as you don't change it.

I don't think prices can rise and fall but rise.0 -

There were times when prices dropped several times. I have adjusted my plans several times already. So it's a good idea to check out the prices at least once a week.
