Delivery time in Montreal?

I just need to make sure I'm not overreacting or being too impatient (maybe just a little impatient).

Ordered iPhone 16 from Fizz last Tuesday, Nov 25. Got a tracking number same day. Planet Mobile says it was at their sort center on Wednesday Nov 26, and there has been no update since. Tracking info has not changed. When I input my postal code there is no other information available.

For location reference... the phone is currently in Lachine. I am in West Island Montreal. It's about a 20 minute drive without traffic. I could have picked it up last Wednesday, or Thursday, or any day, if that was even an option.

Am I being too impatient or am I expecting too much when compared to other online retailers (excluding Amazon, which is always 1-day delivery or 2 days when they are slow).

    I spoke too soon!
    The phone was just delivered but the tracking was never updated to say it would out for delivery.
    It went from 'it's in Lachine' to 'it's in my hands'.
    Not a great experience with Planet Courier, but I'm happy I have the device.

    For next time, you can avoid another unpleasant experience with Planète Courrier by changing the delivery date to one that suits you best. You can do this on the delivery company's website, or you can also call them if you prefer.

    I've done it before and it went well. I live in Montreal, mostly in the center of the island.
