Payment is taken three days before the of the payment cycle. So, if the first attempted of collecting your payment failed today, then yes, your plan is still good until December 2. However, if your payment cycle ends today and Fizz first tried to take payment November 28 or earlier, then you have expect a suspension of your plan. Doesn't mean, you lose it, it can be unsuspended by providing payment in the next 30 days.

The due date for my payment is today, November 30th, but I can pay it tomorrow, the first of December. Can I keep my service until tomorrow without disruption?"If you fail to catch up on your payment in time, your plan will be suspended. You won’t be able to use your services until a payment is made to reactivate them."

Once they received your payment, you'll keep your service.
