Changing Phones with e-sim

Hello,

I recently received a hand me down phone from my parents and was trying to find a resource on how to transfer the e-sim I have on my current phone to the new one. There are no instructions that I could find on the Fizz website proper in the FAQ section.

Any help would be appreciated.

    "In fact, an eSIM cannot be transferred from one phone to another the same way as a physical SIM card, for example. You need to change your SIM. You then install the new eSIM on your new phone and activate it with your existing mobile plan."
