Question about data plans — unlimited or 100 GB only?

Hi everyone — I’m thinking about subscribing to Fizz and I have a few questions before I sign up:

Does Fizz offer any “unlimited data” plan (or a plan that gives unlimited data after a certain amount)?

If I get the 100 GB plan — after I use up the 100 GB, do I still get data (at slower speed), or does data stop completely?

Based on my situation (I need affordable data + maybe use hotspot for laptop / internet) — what plan would you recommend for me?

Thanks for your help!

If you're talking about an internet plan, they are all unlimited.

If you're talking about a mobile plan, they are not unlimited. When the data allowance is used up, internet access is blocked.

As default when data is used up there aren't any charges so service stops, however you can purchase add-ons or use funds preloaded to wallet (In Quebec and Ontario) to use data, calls or text in a Pay-as-you-go service model and keep adding to it as needed.

As was commented, you can also get data gifts which are completely free and use rollover data, if for example you only uses 50GB out of your monthly 100GB, the unused data rolls over and is available the next 2 billing cycles as well, so the next month billing cycle will start at 150GB.
The earliest data to expire is used first automatically, so new data from the next billing cycle could also roll over and so on...
