The phone 14 costs $526
but the upgrade says pay $16.15 x 24== $387.6
so my bill is only $16.15 / month + my current plan $19?

    Looking at the website, I think $16.15 is the discounted plan you selected and doesn't include the price of the device.
    It says 24 months because that's the duration of the discount after purchasing an eligible device.

    There is a 15% discount on your plan when you buy the iPhone 14 through Fizz. So, the monthly price for your plan will be 0.85x$19 = $16.15 for 24 months.

    Plus, you pay the $529 for the iPhone 14 right now or you can finance it for $22.04 a month. If you finance, your total monthly for both plan & phone will be $38.19.

    But Alex was talking about refurbished iPhone 14. Not new.

    Only iPhone 17 (base model) is. That's hardly "all". iPhone 16 and 16e still available. So are the more fancy 17s.

    However, unfortunately, the staggered rollout of the Black Friday iPhone discount perk has indeed disadvantaged some customers over others and can hardly be considered "fair".
