Black Friday Promo question

What happens if I change plan during the 6 month promo period (more/less data, Canadian wide to Canada+USA or vise versa)? Does the 50% off carries over, that no matter what I subscribe it is 50% off for 6 month? or Do I have to keep the same plan I activated?

also how long is sim shipping to Vancouver? are you using Canada post?

    If you mean the plan discount that's applied after purchasing a phone from Fizz, it carries over to new plan after change.

    If I understand the question correctly,

    if you switch to a Discovery Discount plan like they have in Ontario, you'll lose your current plan. It's not possible to go back unless it's still offered on the website after the initial 6 months.

    Hope this helps, the Discovery Discount is the only 50% off promo that I can remember in the last six months.

    I'm not sure about SIM card shipping to Vancouver, however, be aware of these alternatives if you want a new plan fast:

    • You can get a SIM instantly from Circle K (ESSO station): https://fizz.ca/en/participating-stores/sim-card
    • If you or one of your friends / family have an expired Fizz SIM card, anyone can reuse it to activate a new plan.
    • If your phone does eSim, eSims are free and can be activated instantly.

    Yeah, sorry, I hadn't realized yet that they brought the Discovery Discount back for Black Friday. That's why I kept referring to when they did it back in August.
