Hello!I've been noticing lately that I'm getting low speed on my mobile phone (pixel 9). Speed test shows between 30 and 50 Mbps. Seems quite low to me. I've reset my mobile network settings to no avail.
What could be the problem?
It could be because of the snow... 😂

Mobile networks are a shared medium. Your speed depends on how many other people are using data in your area. I also don't think, 30-50 Mbps is particularly slow, pretty much in the range that I would expect from a mobile service.
Keep in mind, you burn through one gig of data in less than 3 minutes, if you continuously use a data rate of 50 Mbps.
You can try temporarily switch to a Fizz EXT network by using your phone's manual network connection and may get a higher data rate (subject to their current capacity in the same area). However, be aware, continuous use (more than three months) of the Fizz EXT networks outside of Fizz subscription areas or in areas where Fizz has its own network coverage may result in limitation of your Fizz services as it violates Fizz' service terms.

Alright! Thanks for all your answers. I looked around in settings/network. I was connected to Videotron. Tried connecting to fizz, and now I'm getting 100mbps from about 10-15 at the gym today.
I guess it's fixed...? Don't understand why fizz wasn't selected by default.0 -
