hi i know i been asking to much but i need data to communicate wit my familly being in the woman shelter with no wifi is kinda hard for me thank you in advance

    Every mall, coffee shop, department store and I'm told that many shelters also have wifi. Also communicating with persons by voice and texting hardly uses any data.

    not all the shelter living near a coffee shop or a departement store and i communicate wit my familly outside of the country so yes i need a data
