I saw a VFS center in Montreal: https://visa.vfsglobal.com/can/en/fra/attend-centre/montreal
Can I go there and have them send the passport for me?0

Thank you so much everyone, I chose to go to UPS today, they were very quick and experienced about sending passports for TRV 😁 0

            Canada Post is the worst.
UPS and Purolator (owned by Canada Post) are well known alternatives, but many other exist and provides excellent service and reliability.0
