Upgrading to a new phone through Fizz and new plan?

Hello.
Looking to possibly update my phone, with one of the deals found on Fizz, where I can also take advantage of a 75% off on a new plan? Currently have a basic plan with 1GB and no voicemail, Quebec only. Can i use the option to get a new plan, 15GB with Voicemail and Canada included, but keep the same # in the end?

    Yes. You have to do it in two independent steps.

    1. Upgrade your existing plan for the plan you want to keep your existing phone number.
    2. Buy the phone to get the 75% plan discount.

    You should be able to it in any order. I recommend to not do both at the same time to keep the Fizz system from getting "confused".

    Yes upgrade your plan first, then buy the phone and apply the 75%

    If you want to keep your number, you must change your current plan rather than getting a new plan. The 75% discount will apply.

    Yes, you can keep your number when changing plans. The new plan (15GB, voicemail, Canada) takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Important: you cannot modify your plan during the last 6 days of your current cycle.

    Yes, you can change your plan anytime using the same number.
