Blink Sync module

I’ve recently changed my internet to fizz but my Blink sync module has a hard time connecting to the internet despite me having 2 different internets one is 2.4ghz and the other 5ghz but even that can’t fix it. Does anyone know what im supposed to do if i’ve made sure the problem was not the sync module?

If the Blink only supports 2.4ghz, you need to set the Fizz modem to separate 2.4ghz and 5ghz wifi: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-wi-fi-network-cutting-how-do-i-fix-it

Are your other devices working properly? Try to use the different passwords, one for 2.4 ghz and another one for 5 ghz or change your security protocol from WPA3 to WPA2.

Make sure the Blink connect to the 2.4ghz. Use the Blink app to check the signal strength of the doorbell and Sync Module
