My calls are not working after 13 octobre. Galaxy A22 5g model SM-A226B/DSN.
I did the reset at my phone and my calls are not working. Before this date, it was ok. But now, I can't do calls neither receive them.
There are only 2 options to this situation: buy a phone at the list compatible FIZZ VoLTE or change my plan to a FIZZ partner?

The 3G network must be disabled in your area

I recommend getting a new phone, because partner will also remove 3G soon or later

SM-A226B, the B means, you have a Europe/Asia/Pacific variant of this phone.
With 3G shutting down, you have to rely on VoLTE to make or receive calls. Your Europe/Asia/Pacific Samsung phone won't have the required configuration to access VoLTE services on some or any North American carriers.0 -

My calls were ok until 31 august. I was out of Canada between 1 september - 13 octobre. Between 13 octobre -24 octobre, I could call anyone but I couldn't receive any calls. And after reset my phone , I couldn't call anyone neither listen my voicemail. I thing there is a technical work here to Fizz. It is not just say: or you buy another phone or you can go to Fizz "partner".

So yes it resume to those two choices only.

Exactly, SM-A226B, the B means, you have a Europe/Asia/Pacific variant of this phone. This phone missing many frequency of north america and not compatible with Volte de Fizz.
