    Your level indicates your status in the My Rewards program. Each level offers you upgrades or perks as rewards.

    The minute you subscribe on fizz.ca, you’re at level 1 and receive from the get go:

    Two upgrades (250 MB of mobile data per month for your mobile plan, and a $1 off the monthly price of your Home Internet plan).

    AND

    A perk (500 MB of mobile data).

    I don't understand why you're having this problem. You're no longer in the approval period; you've been on the forum for more than 10 days. You have two stars next to your nickname, which means your approval period is over. Your comments should appear instantly.
