Share what you do to maintain good health. For me bike 3 times per week and I don’t eat after 19:00.

    Walk several times a week

    I make sure to deep fry all food before consuming to avoid bacteria and unhealthy particles.

    I drink a lot of water also, I have a 1L bottle, and I usually finish 1 and a half of it during my day at school

    Oh yeah water is important, I drink about 1.5L of water everyday

    I go to buy groceries by bike

    I go swimming once a week, so great that I have a free indoor pool nearby

    yeah, go shopping for family is totally different when you live alone 😂

    Yeah it's hard to restart and especially if you lose progress
