maybe everyone's already known, but I still want to introduce: poutine is made with three simple ingredients: crispy French fries, fresh cheese curds, and rich brown gravy poured on top

I love the warm gravy, but the cheese is too much, sometimes my stomach feels not good hours after eating it

and here is how to make poutone: To make poutine, start with hot, crispy French fries. Add fresh cheese curds on top, then pour hot brown gravy over everything so the curds melt slightly. Serve immediately while warm and gooey.

what's edible gold? isn't it expensive? and from my perspective, tofu is cheap (especially in Asian countries like where I'm from, it is way cheaper than meat)
