I love the warm gravy, but the cheese is too much, sometimes my stomach feels not good hours after eating it

and here is how to make poutone: To make poutine, start with hot, crispy French fries. Add fresh cheese curds on top, then pour hot brown gravy over everything so the curds melt slightly. Serve immediately while warm and gooey.

Paella is made by sautéing meat or seafood with vegetables, adding rice and saffron, then simmering everything in broth until the rice absorbs the flavors.

what's edible gold? isn't it expensive? and from my perspective, tofu is cheap (especially in Asian countries like where I'm from, it is way cheaper than meat)
