Referral questions

Hi, I would need assistance.
My friends used my referral code, but when I go into my account, it is pending with no date. I have another one from other friends with an available date. Can you tell me how long it takes for the date to appear, or is there something that went wrong?

For the phone plan, the refferal bonus should be available once the number is transferred to Fizz, or if it's a new number, once it's activated.
For Internet plan, the refferal bonus should be available once the installation is completed.
If you are sure that your friend who used your refferal code did the activation and the refferal bonus is still pending without the date, then reach out to customer support (https://fizz.ca/en/support).

For those who don't have a date, the customer must have purchased an internet package. When they receive and activate the modem, the date will appear.

You need wait your friend to activate their plan and the the referral bonus will be available after two month.

Should not be long to see the date and it take 30 days for the bonus, have you received an email for the date?1

This is normal when it is an internet package, it takes a few days before the date is displayed, waiting for the modem to be activated
