For people that have been here a few years.
Have you noticed any price changes on plans?

Your current price will not change until you decide to change or update your plan.

E.g. you have a plan with 3GB of data which cost 22$. Price changed and the same plan costs now 25$, but you still pay 20$.

So prices for the current plan in use on an account never change?

Correct. There is no contract, Your plan and price never changes unless YOU make the change.

“ For a mobile plan, we promise that there won’t be any price hikes. This means that the monthly price of your mobile plan will remain unchanged during your subscription unless you change your plan in your account. This applies to the base price of your mobile plan and excludes any discounts, Add-ons, Travel Add-ons, out-of-plan charges and taxes. ”

Active plans should not change without a user request.
If you mean prices for new plans or users, those change constantly.

Your plan won’t be changed unless you want to change. If you want to change you will have to choose from the plans available at that moment. Sometimes you may get better plan and sometimes not.

My plan actually decreased by $2 since I joined.

I noticed that the price had lowered so I changed to the lower price.

It has gone back up since then but I am still locked in at the lower price.

You have to periodically check the prices because they do go down sometimes.

It'd be nice to get a better deal, even though Fizz is better than the competition I think all providers are over priced.

Your plan price won’t change unless you change something with your plan then the new prices will apply on your plan whether it increase or decrease.
