Do I really gain points from number of active months on Fizz forum?

I read somewhere saying that I can get 100 points each month for the active account on Fizz forum.
My forum account has been active for 10 months, but it has just 70 points. So it means that we don't get the monthly points?

You can get points from being active on the forum each replay 3pts and if it’s within 5min its 5 pts, and then 50pts for the best answer.
