Can anyone spare about 200MB of extra data to help out with 3 days left before my next cycle. Code is JWTGT

    Strange I do have a plan but maybe because this is my first month?

    I also got the error message "This member cannot receive gifts because they do not have a mobile data plan" when I tried to gift you data.

    If you have a plan with mobile data then check your privacy settings to see if you're in incognito mode, since, according to Who can I send a gift to, we cannot send a data gift to:

    • People who are not Fizz members
    • Fizz members with no data plan (for example, a customer who only has minutes in their plan)
    • Fizz members who have designated themselves incognito

    Thanks for the above but it's not set to incognito so not sure the issue but I will have more data tomorrow. Thank you for trying to give me data
