How to read mobile "usage" information

Hi

Please help me to understand the "usage" information. Thank you.

I see at the that I have 7.44 gb remaining.
I see the first two 250 mb & 500 mb dimmed and "used" with a chech mark
The grey bar next to 5gb monthly plan, does it mean i've used some of the 5gb. That's why it's grey? Is that right?

    The grey bar indicates that it has been used or expired
    That's right, part of the 5GB has been used
