ChatGPT website use to work fine at home, on my PC, laptop, and phone,

couple of weeks ago, ChatGPT website started to be unstable, same symptom on PC, laptop, and phone,

When I connect PC and laptop to my phone's hotspot, which is Telus data, it works fine.

I never touched any setting on my end, not to my modem,

I assume something happened at Fizz end,

Anyone facing the same issue?

Hi this is not a problem with career Fizz. Disabled VPN if you have.
