Hello I just signed up yesterday for a new account but I am awaiting my sim card to arrive by mail. I gave all my sign up info needed for the new account and I choose the $9.50 for 6 month plan then $19.00 there after. When I log in the plan I choose does not show in my account . Then I noticed that the half price offer ends on September 2nd but I am afraid I will not receive my sim card by then and have it activated and my number transfered by September 2nd. Since I have ordered and paid for the sim card will you still honour the $9.50 / month plan offer. Thank you

    Sorry you need to activate the SIM in order to get the price, check if you have a partner store near you https://fizz.ca/en/participating-stores/sim-card

    Or, activate your plan of choice on an eSim now if you or one of your friends/family members/partner have a phone with eSim support. When you eventually receive your sim card, move the plan from the eSim to the physical sim.

    Many partner stores don't have it in stock, wasted me so much time, switched to esim eventually.
