Can we give inused perks?

Hi I was wondering can we give away perks that we will not use? I have 3 perks for home internet that I will not use and I was wondering if I can some how give them to someone that will use it? CODE: V47VR

At the moment we cannot transfer them

Your upgrades are yours, and yours alone. You cannot gift your upgrades to another Fizz member.
