Hi, as the title says, I ran out of data and would greatly appreciate if a kind soul could share a few gb. My code is 52261. Thank you!

    We cannot transfer data to you since your plan does not include data

  • That's weird. It certainly does include data.

    The reason that could explain this problem is

    "If you have unused data in your account, you can gift it to any member who is findable in the Fizz community (in other words, anyone who is not in Incognito mode), and whose plan includes data."

    How to change your Fizz privacy settings:

    Go to My Settings in your Fizz account.
    Scroll to Settings.
    Click on Privacy

    Here you can select one of three privacy options:

    Full Fizz Experience: By default, other users can search for you, add you as a contact and send you gifts.

    Private: You can receive gifts from everyone. You cannot be searched or added as a contact.

    Incognito: You do not accept gifts and cannot be added as a contact. You are incognito and cannot be found via search.

  • I had it set to Private so that shouldn't be the problem.

    Thanks for trying! I guess there's a bug with Fizz. My new plan starts tomorrow so maybe it doesn't accept gift because of that.
