    When I tried to gift you data it said that this member cannot receive gifts because they do not have a mobile data plan.

    According to Who can I send a gift to, we cannot send a data gift to:

    • People who are not Fizz members
    • Fizz members with no data plan (for example, a customer who only has minutes in their plan)
    • Fizz members who have designated themselves incognito

    If you have a mobile data plan then check your privacy settings to see if you're in incognito mode

    You cannot receive data if you do not have an active data plan.

    You can't receive data if you don't have at least 1GB data plan

    You can't receive any data unless have at least 1GB data plan
