Calls to landlines in Switzerland

Hi, I will be going to Sicily in September and will probably buy an data esim for Italy. However, I will make a stopover in Switzerland from where I might have to make phone calls to landlines (using Wifi or a travel add-on). Which app could I use for that since WhatsApp doesn't allow landline calls and Skype stopped its services? Any tips are welcome. Thanks!
