Travel to Europe - Add-on

For your information, despite the European Travel Add-on forcing you to choose a specific country and only that country gets listed rather than showing European Zone, the Add-on will work across Europe.

I got the following from the Chatbot

  • You don't need separate add-ons for each country - one Travel Add-on will work across all European destinations

    If anyone is interested, you got the same pay-as-you-go prices, 3c per text, 5c per MB, from all of these European countries last week:

    The Chat lied to me!

    I bought a Travel Add-on for Belgium because that's the country I am spending the most time on my trip, however, I started in Germany and data did not work! I did all the things that you are supposed to try to get it working (APN, restarting, etc.) and nothing worked. After wasting time on the AI chatbot, I finally got a human on the chat. It took him quite a while to figure out the problem. He said that the add-on was country as specific. He refunded my money and I got 8gig for 10€ from Lyca. You can get 10gig for the same amount, but a Sim card is 5€ extra.

    I am very disappointed with Fizz and will explore other options when I get home.
