How can I upgrade to the wifi 6 router?

Hi, I see that Fizz now offers the wifi 6 router for the same Internet plan I am currently on (500mbps). I am wondering if I can ask an upgrade. My Internet with the wifi5 is not very stable in some corners of the house. Many thanks.

At this point in time is not possible, Fizz has limited availability at the new modem is only for the new subscription, we will be updated in the future

Now you can only opt for a router to associate with your fizz using the modem in bridge mode, however, take into consideration a 6E

For now, the new modem is only available to new customers who subscribe to an internet plan.
