Better to add a user or create a new account?

I referred my wife and added an account for her. What are the pros and cons of doing that versus adding a user, which I was not aware of until now (referral bonus aside)? I'm guessing that users on one account share everything? If so, that is definitely not a concern. Is there a cost advantage to sharing versus having separate accounts? If there is, I would like to add her as a user. I assume that her account has to be deleted first? Are there any problems with going through that process? For example, can she keep her current number? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi @LenK
Add a user is to give the possibility to do certain action in your accountIn your situation you are better off to create one account for each mobile plan, and use the referral code of the other account, and you will get 25$ on each account, difficult to recover with the bonus

Keep in mind that you can't import or export existing lines or plans from your account to or from other accounts. So, with Fizz, it is typically better to hold lines and plans used by different people in different accounts. Especially, since the Fizz' data gifting feature allows you to share data with anyone. So, you don't have to hold multiple lines in the same account just to share data as you would with other carriers.

Unlike some providers, Fizz does not offer discounts for bundled lines on the same account. And thanks to their data donation feature, you can still share data regardless of whether the accounts are separate.
You made the right choice by creating a separate account for your wife. It's more flexible, financially advantageous (thanks to the referral program), and compatible with Fizz's operating model, which favors individual accounts.
