Are you back on the Fizz network? If not, try and select it manually in Settings -> Cellular/Internet -> Fizz SIM -> Network Selection. Once registered on Fizz and data is working, flip the switch back to automatic.

Let us know how you make out. Your mobile phone should auto connect to a Fizz or partner network right away especially after restarting or cycling off/on mobile service.

Make sure 5G is turned off and LTE is on.
Try enabling roaming to see if you signal.
