Battery warranty of a preloved 'perfect' phone?
Hi, some months ago i got a preloved S22 in perfecct conditions from fizz. Started using it just about 2 months ago and the battery is terrible, it lasts about 2h.
I know this model is not the best in terms of battery, but I have been having issues with my battery going from 30 directly to 0%. I don't get a notice of low battery or anything, it just drops suddenly. I can go to sleep with 40% and in the morning I use it for one min and it turns off completely.
Is this an issue that could fit under my 6 month-warranty? I know Fizz says they don't cover any issues with usage, but I don't use my phone for stuff like gaming, just basic social media, and have not had any changes in the way I use it. I feel like this could be related to manufacter.

The battery operates at a minimum of 80% of its initial capacity.
That's the criteria as communicated by Fizz. If yours didn't do that when you first received it then yes it should fall under the warranty.

From my understanding, it’s at least 80% when you get the phone, but not after two months of usage.

I feel like this could be related to manufacter.S22 was launched in February 9, 2022. The producer guarantees 2000 recharging cycles. If you consider that the phone was charged once a day you should have about one more year to use in good conditions. You should contact the support team for your issue.
