Pending discount for your mobile plan

I have this message on my page ''My plans''
Your 60% discount, good for 24 months, will be automatically applied when you activate your SIM.
Since that, i have activate 2 eSim card and a physical card yesterday (that I ordered after the discount doesn't applied after the 2 eSim).
What more can I do to activate the discount?
Or will the discount be applied at the next month?

The discount offered when purchasing a phone from Fizz applies to a single line, meaning a specific mobile plan, and not to the entire account. Each mobile plan can receive a separate discount when purchasing an eligible phone.
