With the new model available,will I get an upgrade ?

I just upgraded to the 960 mb speed. Will this mean that I will receive a new modem as it is currently offered to new customers or will I keep the one I have ?

    The new modem is for new customers who will be signing up for the Internet, so you will not receive it.

    You will keep your old modem. The new modem is only for new contracts. There is no way for the old customers to order it.

    Just cancel it and reapply. You'll get new modem and 25$ bonus.

    You will keep your modem unless it is defective.
