No longer any sound notifications on TCL Flip phone purchased last year

I have a TCL flip phone purchased through Fizz. It's less than a year old. Rarely used until recently, everything was OK. Never used for Internet. But since a day or so all the SOUND notifications for texts, incoming calls and voicemails have stopped. Now the phone ONLY VIBRATES for calls, texts, voicemails. On the start-up screen (top left corner), a notification number still indicates visually that there was a call.
When I try to select and sample a specific sound notification from the supplied choices of sounds under "Settings"-(3) Sound & Notification-(3) Ringtones or (4) Notification Sounds, no sound is produced there either for any of the choices.
Somewhere, and not on the phone, the sound notifications have been disabled.
The Call Histories are OK and complete.

**New Squiggles and Vibrate Only: **
My "Settings" - (3) Sound & Notification - (2) Sound with Vibrate is ON
- (1) Volume - (1) Alert Sounds - Now there is a full-screen white box that pops up and says "Vibrate Only" with two squiggles (2 letter Ms turned on their side) and the message is simply "OK". I cannot change this to anything.

These two squiggles now also appear on the main start-up screen in the top right-hand corner with the battery charge indicator. They were never there before. It used to say "LTE". Is this a result of 5G? I was assured when I bought the phone from Fizz that the TCL flip phone was fully compatible with 5G. It's not a speaker problem because I can still play music though the phone speaker or earphone. Thank you.

It's all good. I fixed it. I had been messing about and under "Shortcuts" (where I never usually go) I must have pressed the button for the sound selections (airplane, vibrate or normal) and activated "vibrate". Thanks to those who responded.

Check if the warranty is still available.

Try with reset your phone to see if the issue still exists.

Thanks. I just tried the Network settings reset and the LTE has come back on the start-up screen. The squiggles are still there. But there are still no notification sounds and the sound samples don't produce anything either. Should I try the "Factory Data Reset" for the phone? Or will that wipe out all my data (saved contacts, etc.)

I just read the TCL manual and resetting factory data will delete all my data.

I would say do factory reset, but make sure backup all your data before do it.
