How does $1 upgrade work?

I applied $1 upgarde to my plan and is still pending. How does it work? There are 3 spoaced udner upgrade. Under this is reads Activate or Modify. What does this mean?

    You have to wait. It will be applied starting next billing cycle. Once applied, you can cancel/modify.

    Exactly. 1$ less for the monthly plan you have applied it to.

    Yes, $1/month monthly discount for as long as you are with fizz.

    Your 1$ is pending until your next billing period.
    The first slot is available for level 1 and 2. The second slot will be available for you at level 3 and the third one at level 5.

    You can swap the upgrade also.

    Not easy to understand The Fizz's Loyalty program. I suggest you to read one good overview of this. In your account section, on the top line, click on Why Fizz and choose Fizz loyalty programm. Roll down all the section to read all the descriptions. At the end of it, you'll find that picture about the level and the slots.
