    Quick instructions:
    Go to manage my plan, change sim, activate eSIM, it asks you to fill some info (I had to enter my credit card information to confirm it was me, but no amount is charged), after that you got to scan the QR code, turn on the toggle for eSIM on your phone, wait for 30 minutes and it was activated .

    Good to know. Is it possible to change eSIM back to physical sim?

    For your information. If you have any other questions, you may talk to a support agent online, they are very nice and patient to answer questions.

    One important thing is that you have to wait for 30 minutes for the activation process. It might induce some anxiety.
