Did everybody get the new 5x 10GB perks?

One data only account got this, other voice only account didn't. Speculating due to being voice only?

    I have a voice only SIM with no data that got it, and a data only SIM with no voice that also got it. So I think everybody should eventually get it

    Just asked support, they said that the perks are being sent in waves, this being the possible reason of them not being received yet. Hope we will receive it soon.
