I could finally request for a plan change again after months' of waiting for my ticket to be resolved. Instead of having the requested change, I was told that I am able to request again rather than being stuck in the system . Anyway, I just requested a plan change again like what I did a few month ago, but need some data to survive until May 26. Could you please help me?
